Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Aesthetics and Reconstruction is seeking a Senior Plastic Surgery Sales Representative to support the Fresno, CA territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4–6 years total work experience
• Surgical sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques and medical terminology preferred
• Typically oversees $1.5M to $3.5M in annual sales YOY
• Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience
• 4+ years of sales experience in medical device environment preferred
• Experience selling to surgeons in operating rooms or plastic surgeons preferred
• Aesthetics sales experience and experience calling on plastic surgeons preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proper surgical use of our products to physicians
• Handles customer product questions and objections per training methodology
• Maintains and expands current accounts; develops new accounts; builds strong relationships; meets sales quotas
• Executes selling cycle concisely, professionally, ethically, and persuasively
• Operates within defined budgetary limits; communicates opportunities to management
• Ensures subordinates follow health, safety and environmental guidelines where applicable
• Performs other duties as needed
• Develops customers and account management through consultative selling and pre-call planning
• Builds strong relationships and drives account growth across portfolio
• Manages territory to meet productivity goals and implements business plans
• Promotes marketing programs in private practice settings
• Meets sales training requirements and completes admin tasks on time
• Keeps knowledge of portfolio, breast anatomy, and supporting studies updated
