Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Plastic Surgery Sales Representative to support the Fresno, CA territory. The role focuses on selling Mentor products to surgeons, expanding accounts, and achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years of total work experience.
• Surgical Sales Experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques and procedures, and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proper surgical use of our products to physicians.
• Maintains and expands current accounts, builds new accounts, develops strong customer relationships, and meets sales quotas for our products.
• Executes the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive manner to drive action.
• Meets productivity goals across product portfolio and territory.
