Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech division seeks a Senior Plastic Surgery Sales Representative to support the Fresno territory. This role focuses on Mentor Worldwide products, expanding customer accounts and driving sales in the plastics and reconstructive space.

The position offers commission-based incentives, requires 4+ years of outside medical device sales experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. You will engage surgeons, educate them on product differentiation, and grow market share in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4-6 years of total work experience.
• Surgical sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years outside sales experience.
• Experience selling to surgeons in OR or plastic surgeons is preferred.
• Aesthetics sales experience and knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques and medical terminology are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of Mentor products to physicians.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally and in line with training.
• Maintain and grow current accounts and develop new ones; build strong relationships; meet sales quotas.
• Execute selling cycle concisely, professionally and ethically; drive customer action.
• Manage territory within budget and coordinate with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies; support staff as needed.
