Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Aesthetics and Reconstruction seeks a Senior Plastic Surgery Sales Representative to drive growth across the Fresno, CA territory. This field-based role focuses on partnering with plastic surgeons to advance Mentor portfolio solutions in augmentation and reconstruction settings.

You will manage the sales cycle, expand accounts, meet quotas, and deliver clinical value through consultative discussions, product demonstrations, and effective pre-call planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–6 years of total work experience.
• Outside medical device sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling to surgeons and in OR settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proper surgical use of Mentor products to physicians.
• Expand and maintain accounts; achieve sales quotas.
• Develop pre-call plans and execute consultative sales across portfolio.
• Build relationships with surgeons; manage territory metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
