Job summary

Johnson & Johnsonis seeking a Senior Plastic Surgery Sales Representative to support the Fresno, CA territory. You will drive Mentor product sales to new and established accounts, expanding market share while maintaining compliance with company policy and sales direction.

The role requires 4–6 years of outside sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of clinical/surgical techniques. A competitive compensation package includes sales incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of total work experience.
• Surgical sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of Mentor products to physicians.
• Build and expand accounts; meet sales quotas across territory.
• Manage territory with focus on private practice, surgery centers, and hospitals.
• Communicate business opportunities to management and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Support marketing programs and complete administrative requirements on time.
