Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, check-in and check-out.
• Manage complex surgical scheduling and provider calendars.
• Assist patients and callers with appointments and questions.
• Process billing forms and maintain EMR records.
• Handle messages related to authorizations, prescriptions, test results.
• Provide training and support as a Super User for scheduling, registration and billing.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and support daily operations.
