Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; chemical or mechanical preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in production/plant operations.

• Translate business goals into plant production objectives.
• Coordinate production planning, material flow and shut-down timing.
• Coach teams on performance metrics and daily KPI review.
• Lead troubleshooting and implement corrective actions during events.
• Ensure MET understanding and appropriate use of process automation.
