Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a Physician Lab Sales Specialist to drive sales of CLIA-waived and moderately complex diagnostic solutions to physician-owned labs, urgent care centers, and community health clinics across Arizona, Utah, and Southern Nevada.

The role balances transactional consumables sales with strategic multi-year reagent rental agreements and instrument placements, while guiding clients on reimbursement and lab workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Strategic, solution-oriented sales approach.
• Ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Experience selling into physician office labs, urgent care centers, IDNs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting laboratory solutions, including instrumentation, reagents, consumables, and POC testing.
• Deliver strategic account plans to maximize revenue and wallet share; coordinate with FSCs, ISCs, and executives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers across care settings.
