Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate for 1Badge Operations to lead the firm\'s physical security program, including badge lifecycle, biometric access, and access control governance. You will partner with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, Global Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, compliant access across EY\'s real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or related fields.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec).
• Experience managing access governance and security compliance programs.
• Knowledge of badge management, biometric controls, and restricted-space administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the 1Badge Physical Security team and set service delivery standards.
• Oversee administration and governance of the C-Cure access control system.
• Coordinate access provisioning/deprovisioning with Facilities Asset Management (FAM).
• Manage biometric access management and secure-space authorization processes.
• Support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across EY to align security requirements.
