EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate – 1Badge Operations to lead the firm’s Physical Security program. You will supervise the 1Badge team, govern the C-Cure access control system, and coordinate with Facilities Asset Management, Workplace Experience Management, and Global Security to ensure secure, compliant access across EY’s real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or professional security experience.
• 5–8+ years in physical security operations or related disciplines.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure/Lenel/Genetec).
• Experience managing access governance and security compliance programs.
• Knowledge of badge management and biometric access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Oversee administration and governance of the access control system (C-Cure).
• Coordinate with Facilities Asset Management and other stakeholders.
• Oversee secure spaces, biometric access, and badge reader deployments.
• Support audits, risk assessments and security investigations.
