Job summary

EY is seeking an Infrastructure Projects Supervising Associate to lead the 1Badge Physical Security program across EY’s real estate portfolio. You will supervise access governance, badge lifecycle, biometric controls, and security compliance, coordinating with FAM, WEM, Global Security, and IT stakeholders to ensure secure operations.

You will drive the rollout of secure spaces, manage badge programs, and oversee security technology and investigations while aligning with EY’s long-term real

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in physical security operations and access control.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems (C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec or equivalent).
• Experience managing physical access governance and security compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of badge management, biometric access controls, and restricted-space administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the 1Badge Physical Security team.
• Establish service delivery standards, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Manage workload balancing, escalation resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
