You will ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and GMP standards while delivering strong donor service and maintaining quality plasma products. Training and mentorship are provided as part of ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write English clearly.
• High school diploma or GED required; state certifications may apply.
• Minimum experience in medical or health care environment preferred.
• Documentation of training completed prior to duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintains high level of customer service and donor experience.
• Prepares all equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
• Executes venipunctures and plasma collection to high quality standards.
• Operates plasmapheresis machines and responds to alarms and events.
• Monitors donor safety and plasma product quality.
• Disposes of waste per safety protocols and maintains clean work areas.
• Performs equipment maintenance and quality control checks.
• Mentors Phlebotomist I and supports training efficiency.
• Collaborates with Quality Assurance on Donor Floor performance.
