Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is hiring to perform plasmapheresis, venipuncture, and donor care in a fast-paced center. You will ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP while maintaining donor safety and confidentiality. The role includes machine setup, daily logs, and incident documentation.

We value strong customer service, precise documentation, and the ability to work daytime and evening hours. Training is provided along with medical/dental benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 months’ experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• Completed documentation of training appropriate for duties prior to performing duties independently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis procedures with venipuncture and plasma collection.
• Monitor donor safety, comfort, and donor confidentiality per SOPs.
• Set up and prepare all equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines, respond to alarms, and document events.
• Maintain accurate machine logs and complete donor documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company SOPs.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and a professional donor experience.
• Drive training efficiencies and perform routine QC on equipment.
