Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is hiring for a donor center role focused on venipuncture, plasma collection, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will set up equipment, monitor donor safety, and ensure quality control while delivering excellent donor experiences.

The position requires a high school diploma (GED), basic computer skills, ability to work daytime/evening/weekends, and willingness to participate in formal training. Great teamwork and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three months’ experience in a medical/healthcare environment preferred.
• Documentation training completed prior to performing duties.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to follow written/verbal protocol.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to document accurately.
• Ability to perform venipunctures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/S GMP and maintain high production standards.
• Provide excellent donor service and maintain positive donor experience.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and proper donor confidentiality.
• Set up equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
• Label units and samples accurately; perform venipunctures and plasma collection.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms and events.
• Monitor donor safety, comfort, and plasma quality; manage waste and decontamination.
• Calibrate and maintain machines; troubleshoot alarms and perform QC.
