Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months in medical/healthcare environment preferred.
• Must complete training prior to performing duties independently.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to read/interpret English procedures and safety docs.
• Able to document accurately and legibly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility complies with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/GMP standards.
• Maintain high donor service and positive donor experience.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
• Perform venipunctures and plasma collection to high quality standards.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms.
• Monitor donor safety and plasma product quality.
• Maintain inventory and clean work area.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine QCs.
