You will ensure regulatory compliance, deliver excellent donor service, maintain a clean workspace, and operate venipuncture and plasmapheresis equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and ability to handle donor interactions.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal protocol.
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.
• Proficiency in reading/writing English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation complies with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP standards.
• Provide high-level donor service and maintain donor confidentiality.
• Keep work area clean and professional.
• Set up equipment for venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
• Label units and samples accurately.
• Perform venipunctures and plasma collection to high safety standards.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms.
• Monitor donor condition for safety and product quality.
• Maintain inventory and replenish supplies.
• Troubleshoot machine alarms and perform routine QC.
