Qualifications

• 5+ years of cumulative account management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.
• Experience managing employer group or health plan accounts.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic account team (account management, clinical, and operations) with full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Develop strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions and clear communication.
• Collaborate with medical, account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting teams.
• Utilize consultative selling to recommend CVS Health solutions and drive client up-sell opportunities.
• Develop and deliver quarterly and annual reporting on drug trends, financial performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Formulate responses to RFPs with underwriting, networks, operations, and legal teams.
• Execute client renewals by building relationships with stakeholders and guiding innovative PBM designs.
