Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Account Executive to serve as senior liaison for PBM clients within the Aetna Business Unit. You will lead the strategic account team, drive renewals, retention, and up-sell while interfacing with leadership. Location may be remote in the Western U.S. with travel up to 30%.

You will collaborate with medical, underwriting, operations, and product teams to deliver client-focused PBM solutions and measurable cost savings.

Qualifications

5+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.
Experience managing employer group or health plan accounts.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead the account team and own client satisfaction and service delivery.
Develop internal and client relationships through proactive communication.
Collaborate with medical, account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting teams.
Utilize consultative selling to meet client needs and drive up-sell opportunities.
Deliver quarterly and annual reporting on drug trends, financials, and cost-savings.
Prepare responses to RFPs with underwriting, networks, operations, and legal.
Drive renewals by engaging key stakeholders for innovative PBM designs.
