You will drive renewals, retention, and up-sell by leading the account team, influencing stakeholders, and delivering data-driven insights to clients across the Western U.S.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic account team with full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Develop strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions and clear communication.
• Collaborate with medical, account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting teams.
• Utilize consultative selling to recommend CVS Health solutions and drive client up-sell opportunities.
• Deliver quarterly and annual reporting on drug trends, financial performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Formulate responses to RFPs with underwriting, networks, operations, and legal partners.
• Execute client renewals by building relationships with key client stakeholders.
