Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Account Executive to serve as the senior liaison for PBM clients within the Aetna business unit. You will lead the account team, drive renewals, and identify opportunities for cost savings and program enhancements. Remote work options available across the Western U.S.

with up to 30% travel. You will interface with leadership and clients, delivering strategic account management and quarterly/annual reporting to support client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic account team with full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Develop strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions and clear communication.
• Collaborate with medical, account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting teams.
• Use consultative selling to meet client needs and drive up-sell opportunities.
• Prepare quarterly and annual client reports on drug trends, financials, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Respond to RFPs with key internal partners and craft compelling proposals.
• Drive renewals by building relationships with client stakeholders and aligning CVS Health solutions.
