CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Account Executive to serve as the senior liaison for PBM clients within the Aetna Business Unit. You will grow revenue through renewals, retention and upsell, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with internal partners.

The role can be located in the Western U.S. with remote work or a CVS Corporate Hub, and travel up to 30% is required. A background in healthcare account management and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of account management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic account team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Develop strong client relationships through proactive communication.
Collaborate with medical, account management, clinical, product, operations teams.
Use consultative selling to meet client needs and upsell CVS Health solutions.
Prepare quarterly and annual reports on drug trends, financials, and savings.
Respond to RFPs with input from underwriting, networks, operations, trade and legal.
Execute client renewals by building relationships with stakeholders.
