Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Account Executive to act as the senior liaison for PBM clients within the Aetna Business Unit. This role drives renewal, retention, and up-sell for existing clients, leading cross-functional teams to deliver service and value. Travel up to 30% is required.

The position can be located in the Western U.S. with remote or hub-based work arrangements; 40 hours per week. A Bachelor's degree and healthcare client-facing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic account team with full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Develop strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborate with medical, account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting teams.
• Utilize consultative selling to recommend CVS Health solutions and drive up-sell opportunities.
• Develop and deliver quarterly and annual reporting on drug trend, financial performance, and cost-savings opportunities.
• Formulate responses to RFPs with underwriting, networks, operations, and legal partners.
• Execute client renewals by building relationships with key client stakeholders and asking probing questions.
