Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a strategic leader to join our team as Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting. This full-time remote role leverages informatics, analytics tools, information systems, and data stores to monitor pharmacy trends, develop and maintain reporting, and support PBM oversight.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
PMP certification preferred.
5 years of healthcare experience required; 4+ years PBM analytics experience including claims, pricing, rebates, and regulatory reporting.
Proficient in writing SQL queries; Excel and data visualization with PowerBI/Tableau; experience with DataBricks and ROI analyses.
Project management experience required.

Responsibilities

Monitor pharmacy trends and develop/maintain reporting.
Support PBM oversight including contracts, invoicing, and guarantees.
Lead and coach a team of analysts; mentor staff growth.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance.
