Qualifications

• 5 years of Healthcare experience required.
• 4+ years PBM analytics experience including claims, drugs, enrollment.
• Proficient in SQL queries.
• Excel expert with data visualization in PowerBI and Tableau.
• Experience with DataBricks preferred and in data-driven presentations.
• PM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pharmacy trends and develop/maintain reporting.
• Support PBM oversight including financial guarantees and invoicing.
• Lead and mentor a team of analytical resources.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance.
