Sentara Health is seeking a strategic leader for the role of Manager, Pharmacy Analytics & Reporting. This remote, full-time position requires shaping analytics infrastructure, monitoring trends, and leading a team to deliver robust reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Healthcare experience required.
• 4+ years of managed care pharmacy or PBM analytics experience including Pharmacy claims, medical drugs, and enrollment.
• Must be proficient in writing SQL queries.
• Highly proficient in Excel; experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports in Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with DataBricks; developing data-driven presentations; ROI analyses.
• Project Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pharmacy trends and develop/maintain reporting.
• Lead PBM oversight including financial guarantees, contractual terms, and invoicing.
• Mentor and coach analytics team; balance independent analyses with guidance.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Government Performance groups.
• Provide data-driven presentations and insights to support decision making.
