Job summary

Bayer seeks an operational leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, and government pricing workstreams and ensure compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness, collaborate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams, and lead cross-functional programs to optimize processes and ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialization or 3PL models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions for customers; engage with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions, dependencies and readiness metrics for PMO/leadership.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness approach in line with industry discussions and external expectations.
