Job summary

Bayer is seeking a dedicated operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes, and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery across cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes data readiness, system interfaces, and government pricing programs, with strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years' experience; or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations; regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and serve as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions for customers.
