Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate data, systems, pricing and government programs while aligning IT and business teams to drive cross-functional process improvements within quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (or Bachelor’s with equivalent).
• Experience in pharmaceutical/customer operations and supply chain.
• Strong SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including order processing and billing.
• Oversee third-party operations and act as escalation point for issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and contract/audit readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on logistics; engage accounts, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, serialization, and pricing.
• Align IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance with business needs.
• Lead cluster plans, manage risks, readiness metrics and PMO reporting.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness.
