Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will drive NDC-12 readiness, coordinate data, systems, and pricing workstreams, and ensure compliant, high-quality service.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to deliver reliable supply and superior customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Pharma/customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration experience.
• Experience in regulated environments with serialized or specialty supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, service, billing and cash-collection support.
• Improve processes, support launches, and act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, finance and marketing to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, SAP, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory and external partners.
• Lead integrated plans, track risks, and report readiness to PMO and leadership.
