Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash functions for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will drive compliant process improvements and coordinate with IT, master data, and regulatory teams to ensure reliable service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

In this role you will lead cross‑functional teams across logistics, contracting, and commercial functions to align processes with business objectives,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in a customer operations/supply chain role in pharma/healthcare.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or 3PL‑supported models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces and serialization/traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations.
• Lead compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and advise on contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, finance, marketing) to tailor solutions and strengthen customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide transparent PMO updates.
