Job summary

Viatris Specialty LLC is seeking a field-based sales professional in the United States (Indiana territory) to develop and execute a territory plan that aligns with company sales objectives. You will conduct quality presentations to physicians and pharmacists, build lasting relationships, and work to meet quarterly targets while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.

The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with strong communication, negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Proven influence and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to travel throughout territory.
• Must reside in territory geography.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Professional or Senior leveling based on years of experience.
• Proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with sales plans.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory following regulations.
• Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
• Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
• Develop positive relationships with peers, customers and managers.
• Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
• Gather information from offices, pharmacists and others to develop strategies for prescribers.
• Leverage sample program, literature and items to raise physician awareness.
• Respond to customer requests timely with consistent information.
• Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales, communication & product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
