Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Ops Manager to lead a multi-shift team responsible for predictive and preventive maintenance of laboratory and pharmacy equipment. You will document data, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with QA/regulatory teams to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in a regulated maintenance/engineering environment, strong leadership, and experience with PLC/CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical maintenance/engineering or similar regulated environment.
• Formal leadership experience with direct reports (3+ years).
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining lab/pharmacy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Compounding Facility Technicians/Managers across multiple shifts.
• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment such as tablet presses, blenders, hoods, air compressors.
• Document maintenance data in CMMS and maintain calibration records.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards; coordinate with QA and regulatory teams.
