Job summary

Hims, Inc. seeks a Compounding Lab Manager to oversee daily operations in the compounding labs, drive scale-up of compounding capabilities, and ensure patient safety under federal and state pharmacy regulations.

You will lead a team of compounding technicians, train staff, and act as a SME for equipment with support from the Technical Services team. You will partner with Quality Operations and the PIC to maintain compound quality, organize essential documentation, and ensure SOPs are completed

Qualifications

• Experience in a compounding pharmacy is required.
• Fluent with pharmacy operating systems and SOPs.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct personnel management of compounding technicians and performance reviews.
• Train new technicians on equipment and processes used in compounding suites.
• Oversee daily operations in compounding labs and ensure patient safety.
• Serve as SME for compounding equipment and coordinate with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Quality Ops and PIC to ensure compound quality and safety.
