Job summary

Hims & Hers in Gilbert, AZ seeks an Area Manager, Compounding Facilities to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance for Pharmacy lab equipment. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and document maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, reporting to the Director of Facilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years pharma maintenance/engineering experience.
• Formal training or certification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, PLC or related trades.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment (tablet presses, blenders, hoods, air compressors).
• Document maintenance data and charts.
• Repair and troubleshoot lab equipment across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA/regulatory teams and production to minimize downtime.
