Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Maintenance Tech II, Compounding Facilities in Mesa, AZ to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance Department. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance to Lab equipment, troubleshoot issues, calibrate systems, and maintain compliance documentation to ensure safe, efficient pharmacy operations.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years of related maintenance experience, PLC/CMMS knowledge, and strong teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with state proof of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of maintenance/engineering experience in a related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision.
• Knowledge of PLC and CMMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment (tablet presses, blenders, hoods, coaters, air compressors, electrical controls).
• Document maintenance data on charts and records.
• Repair and troubleshoot pharmacy equipment as needed.
• Calibrate and test equipment to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
• Maintain calibration records and regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime during repairs.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
