Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Area Manager, Compounding Facilities in Gilbert, AZ to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance team. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance to lab equipment in the Pharmacy, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with QA/regulatory teams to ensure compliant operation.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma maintenance, PLC/CMMS familiarity, and leadership experience. This is a 24/7 on-site position reporting to the Director of Facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in pharma maintenance/engineering.
• Experience with predictive/preventive maintenance.
• Ability to document maintenance data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment.
• Document maintenance data and charts.
• Diagnose and repair equipment including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with QA and regulatory teams on documentation.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs with production.
• Identify optimization opportunities and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Ensure CMMS is used to track assets, parts, and work orders.
