Job summary

Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform, seeks a Maintenance Tech II in Compounding Facilities to support Operations Engineering & Maintenance. You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance on lab equipment in Pharmacy, troubleshoot issues, and document data to ensure regulatory compliance and safe operation.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance/engineering, PLC/CMMS knowledge, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement within a pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and provide state-required age documents.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision.
• Document maintenance charts and data for process improvement.
• Must communicate effectively in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on Lab Equipment: tablet presses, blenders, mills, hoods, coaters, air compressors, electrical controls.
• Document maintenance data on charts and in logs.
• Perform repair/troubleshoot duties across the pharmacy facilities.
• Diagnose and repair equipment including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Identify trends and develop predictive maintenance strategies.
• Escalate safety or potential loss issues to management.
