Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician I, Compounding to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance team in our Mesa, AZ labs. You will perform predictive and preventive maintenance on tablet presses, blenders, hoods, and related lab equipment, document data, and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

This role works under supervision, collaborates with quality and regulatory teams, and focuses on reducing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong documentation and data-charting ability.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision.
• English communication skills; Spanish preferred.
• 2+ years of industry maintenance/engineering experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment.
• Document maintenance data on charts and records.
• Troubleshoot and repair lab equipment (electric, mechanical, HVAC).
• Calibrate and test equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA and regulatory teams for documentation.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
