Job summary

Bayer, a leader in global health, is seeking an operations-focused professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems and pricing programs while ensuring compliant service delivery.

You will work with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and Commercial teams to optimize processes, drive readiness, and support cross-functional initiatives that improve customer outcomes and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a related field or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Knowledge of regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness in line with external expectations and best practices.
