Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing activities, ensuring reliable service delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will drive process improvements, collaborate with IT, master data, regulatory, and finance teams, and manage complex supply models in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization/traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths for PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and Bayer’s readiness approach.
