Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced Operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for its Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. The role focuses on reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate data, systems, traceability and special programs workstreams and collaborate across IT, regulatory, finance, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience with regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized, specialty, temperature‑sensitive or contract‑controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash‑collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross‑functional requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness approach reflecting evolving external expectations and best practices.
