Job summary

Bayer is seeking aSupply Chain Operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability and pricing programs, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You will work with cross-functional teams across IT, Master Data, Regulatory and Finance to drive process improvements, readiness, and industry-aligned best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities; manage account setup, customer service, billing, reconciliation, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; serve as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain partners to tailor solutions; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; track risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation paths.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 to reflect evolving expectations.
