Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations-focused professional to oversee Order‑to‑Bill and Bill‑to‑Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer/product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions.
• Skilled in impact assessment, requirements gathering, dependency management, testing coordination, and readiness reporting.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination, communication and stakeholder management across levels of seniority.
• A proactive approach to evolving customer solutions in a dynamic interdependent environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order‑to‑Bill and Bill‑to‑Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC‑12 readiness and impact assessments across master data, SAP, interfaces and pricing.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, track risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation with PMO/leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC‑12 readiness and external expectations.
