W. Lee Flowers is seeking an engaged supervisor for its Lowes Foods To Go program. You will lead the Personal Shoppers, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and build guest relationships to grow the on‑line shopping channel.

You will collaborate with store leadership, schedule the eCommerce team, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while delivering exceptional guest service. This role offers growth within a dynamic grocery ecommerce environment.

• Capable of lifting 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods.
• Proficient with handheld devices and MS Office.
• Troubleshoot systems with support teams.
• Knowledge of agricultural products and seasonality.
• MS Excel and email proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop team members and schedules.
• Promote LFTG services and drive subscriptions.
• Guide interactions with guests in a friendly, genuine manner.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per standards.
• Motivate and educate the team on performance expectations.
• Execute duties of LFTG Personal Shoppers precisely.
• Operate department to meet strict standards.
• Foster safety, efficiency, and service culture.
• Track and report on key metrics (on-time orders, efficiency).
• Provide training and feedback to staff.
• Escalate stock/quality issues to management daily.
• Communicate issues with Guest Care Center and store team.
• Engage with guests via phone and email to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide in-store guest service as needed (bagging, locating).
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Coordinate with LFTG Field Specialist for orientation and education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
