Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a capable supervisor to lead the Personal Shoppers for Lowes Foods To Go. You will oversee order picking, train staff, and build guest relationships while promoting adoption of LFTG across the store.

• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work well with computers, handheld Android/iOS devices and Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to do basic troubleshooting for systems and/or mechanical issues, with the assistance of support teams.
• Knowledge of agricultural products and seasonality of offerings during each

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Personal Shoppers and ensure engaging guest experience.
• Collaborate with Guest Service Manager to create effective schedules for the eCommerce team.
• Guide the team to interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and friendly manner.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Motivate and educate your team on expectations and best-practices.
• Execute duties of LFTG Personal Shoppers including fulfillment and guest communications.
• Operate the department according to strict operational standards.
• Foster an environment focused on safety, efficiency, and service.
• Publish and track metrics like on-time orders and pick efficiency.
• Provide training and quality inspections with constructive feedback.
• Communicate stock/quality issues to store management daily.
• Report service issues to Guest Care Center and store management daily.
• Communicate with guests via phone and email to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide in-store guest service as needed (bagging, product location, cleaning).
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Coordinate with LFTG Field Specialist for orientation and ongoing education.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
