Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a supervisor to lead the Personal Shoppers for the Lowes Foods To Go service. You will oversee fulfillment, guest communication, and adherence to technology protocols while maintaining high standards of service.

You will train, motivate, and develop the team, drive safety and efficiency, and partner with store management to achieve metrics and guest satisfaction daily.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work well with computers, handheld Android/iOS devices and Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to do basic troubleshooting for systems and/or mechanical issues, with the assistance of support teams.
• Knowledge of agricultural products and seasonality of offerings during each.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, keyboard and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop team members to meet high service standards.
• Maintain engaging interactions with guests in a genuine, friendly manner.
• Schedule eCommerce team in coordination with Guest Service Manager.
• Ensure sanitation and safety throughout the department.
• Train and inspect performance, provide feedback to Personal Shoppers.
• Execute fulfillment, guest communication, and tech protocols per standards.
• Operate the department according to strict operational standards.
• Foster safety, efficiency, and service-oriented culture.
• Track and report business metrics (on-time orders, pick efficiency, wait times).
• Communicate stock, quality, and freshness issues to store management daily.
• Coordinate with Guest Care Center on service issues.
• Provide in-store guest service support (bagging, product location, etc.).
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Collaborate with LFTG Field Specialist for orientation and ongoing education.
• Handle other duties as assigned by management.
