Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Supervising Personal Shoppers for the Lowes Foods To Go program in Hickory, NC. You will lead a team responsible for order picking, guest interactions, and process optimization to drive fast, accurate service.

You will partner with store leadership to schedule shifts, ensure safety and sanitation, and uphold high standards for guest satisfaction and merchandising. This role offers growth within a dynamic, expanding eCommerce channel.

• Ability to troubleshoot systems with support teams.
• Knowledge of agricultural products and seasonality.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store and curbside marketing programs to promote LFTG services and drive subscriptions
• Partner with the Guest Service Manager to write effective schedules for the eCommerce team
• Guide the team to interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and friendly manner
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards
• Continually motivate and educate your team on expectations and best-practices
• Perfectly execute duties required of all LFTG Personal Shoppers (fulfillment, guest communication, technology protocols, etc.)
