Job summary

Lowes Foods seeks a supervisory leader to guide the Personal Shoppers for Lowes Foods To Go (LFTG) in-store and curbside services. You will oversee order picking, guest interactions, and team performance to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

You will collaborate with store management to maintain safety, sanitation, and performance metrics while training and developing staff for ongoing success in a rapidly growing eCommerce channel.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise, train, and develop other people.
• Friendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personality with strong people skills.
• Capable of communicating clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to read and understand information and take direction.
• Knowledge of basics of Front Porch, Produce, Deli, Bakery, Beef Shoppe/Seafood, and Center Store departments.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store and curbside marketing programs to promote LFTG services and drive subscriptions.
• Partner with the Guest Service Manager to write effective schedules for the eCommerce team.
• Guide the team to interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and friendly manner.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Publish and hold your team accountable for business metrics (on-time orders, pick efficiency, curbside wait time, etc.).
• Perform consistent training and quality inspections, providing feedback to Personal Shoppers.
• Communicate with guests via phone and email to ensure guest satisfaction.
• All other duties assigned by management.
