Job summary

Lowes Foods is hiring a supervisor for the To Go Personal Shoppers. You will lead a team to build engaging guest experiences, master order picking, and drive adoption of Lowes Foods To Go in-store.

You will develop guest relationships, coordinate training, and ensure safety and efficiency while meeting performance metrics. This role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise in-store and curbside operations for LFTG Personal Shoppers.
• Lead scheduling with the Guest Service Manager for the eCommerce team.
• Motivate the team with clear expectations and ongoing training.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards across the department.
• Ensure on-time orders, pick efficiency, and curbside metrics are met.
• Communicate stock issues and quality concerns to store management daily.
• Interact with guests via phone and email to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate orientation and training with the LFTG Field Specialist.
