Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Supervising Personal Shopper for Lowes Foods To Go in a store setting. You will lead the LFTG team, fulfill guest orders, and build relationships to understand guest needs while promoting the fastest-growing sales channel.

You will work with store leadership to schedule and train the eCommerce team, maintain safety standards, and deliver high-quality guest experiences through coordination of fulfillment, technology protocols, and clear communication.

• Comfort with handheld Android/iOS devices and basic Microsoft Office.
• Basic troubleshooting with support teams when needed.
• Knowledge of seasonal agricultural products.
• Experience with Excel, email, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in-store and curbside marketing to promote LFTG and drive subscriptions.
• Write effective schedules for the eCommerce team with Guest Service Manager.
• Guide the team to interact with guests in a genuine, friendly manner.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per store standards.
• Motivate and educate the team on expectations and best practices.
• Execute duties of LFTG Personal Shoppers including fulfillment and communication.
• Operate the department according to operational standards.
• Cultivate safety, efficiency, and service focus.
• Publish and monitor metrics like on-time orders and pick efficiency.
• Conduct training and quality inspections with feedback to staff.
• Report out-of-stocks/quality issues to management daily.
• Communicate service issues to Guest Care Center and store management daily.
• Engage with guests by phone and email to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide in-store guest service as needed (bagging, location, cleaning).
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Coordinate orientation and training with LFTG Field Specialist for staff success.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
